Quick and easy installation on the IronMan 240 for aluminum MIG welding. The SpoolRunner 200 spool gun is great for aluminum MIG welding. It helps eliminate feeding problems associated with soft aluminum wire, and for applications requiring extended reach the SpoolRunner 200 comes with a 20 ft. (6 m) cable lead. MIG weld 18 ga.–1/2 in. (1.2–12.7 mm) aluminum with the IronMan 240. Also for use with mild and stainless steel wires. Rated at 200 amps at 60 percent duty cycle.
- Toolless head tube removal.
- Easily load and unload wire with the use of the pressure lever.
- Quickly access the wire compartment with the hinged flip up cover.
- Monitor the wire usage with the clear spool cover. Heavy-duty drive motor and cast aluminum gearbox.
- Direct connection to the IronMan 240.
